Christmas in Cape Breton is a celebration of the season through the brilliant music and comedy of multiple award-winning comedians, Bette MacDonald and Maynard Morrison, Juno Award nominees, from Beolach, Wendy MacIsaac and Mac Morin and ECMA award winner, Jordan Musycsyn – who have been selling out their shows for nearly two decades.

Christmas in Cape Breton brings a new take on the yuletide season each year, through the distinctive and hilarious island lens.

Bette MacDonald, who played ‘Trudy’ on Mr D for all 8 seasons, has been called “the funniest woman on earth” by Rick Mercer. Anne Murray, a die-hard fan, one-upped that by calling her “the funniest person on earth” after catching her Halifax show last year.

Audiences can expect an exhilarating evening of rousing entertainment, guaranteed to temporarily erase all cares and woes. Warning: uncontrollable laughter may cause painful “side” effects!
