Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be submitted in writing by the individual or organization named on the booking agreement and are only effective upon written confirmation from the PHCC.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled event time are non-refundable, and the full booking amount may be charged. This includes rental fees, equipment bookings, and any third-party services arranged on the client’s behalf.
No-shows will be treated as late cancellations and will be charged in full.
The PHCC reserves the right to consider exceptions in cases of emergency or unforeseen circumstances at its sole discretion. Where possible, clients may request to reschedule their booking, subject to availability and any applicable rate differences.
Any confirmed catering or special arrangements may be subject to separate cancellation terms provided by third-party suppliers.
